The THREE on the right are colors from the logo. None work well as a hilight. the two on the left show the default highlight next to an orange version with similar brightness.
Marlo note about EXHIBITS
From the visitor’s point of view, it’s confusing to have several “exhibits” pages. (e.g. current exhibits, traveling exhibits, online exhibits, etc.). It would be less confusing (and offer advantages) to just list them all under one page: EXHIBITS.
- We can allow filtering by category (if there are enough to have categories)
- We can identify WHO owns them or where they reside, using one of the (TBD) portfolio labels. e.g. Current Location:
- We can even make entries that only “tease” to the off-site locations (like the AZ Library site) by using a few images — not too many, just a modest post that summarizes and serves as an information resource (by being included AND by linking to the original home on the web.)
The site will benefit from having more content; more exhibit posts. This would allow us to reference OFF-SITE EXHIBITS that belong as part of our story, even if they officially reside in other places….aAs long as we credit the other places and link to them (for attribution).
